Well there is 1024x768 as well, by default (Which is best IMO) or you can go into Ra2(md).ini and change the resolution to anything there.

well, IMO 1280x1024 is the best.
Go to ra2md.ini and add
[Video]
AllowHiResMode=yes
VideoBackBuffer=no
ScreenWidth=1280
ScreenHeight=1024

Easy enough to do, screws with the pause menu logo but the game itself is ok.

If you used the 1280x1024 on you 1440x900, ofcourse it won't look right. Set the resolution to 1440x900.

Change the game res. not the monitor res.
If the monitor is 1440x900, change the internal settings of YR to 1440x900

In the game directory.

Also, you dont have to set it that high. It'll look stupid IMO. Just use any resolution of the same ratio (Seems you use widescreen).

FFS!

[Video]
AllowHiResMode=yes
VideoBackBuffer=no
ScreenWidth=1280
ScreenHeight=1024
StretchMovies=no

is WRONG

You want your game res at 1440x900 so put this instead

[Video]
AllowHiResMode=yes
VideoBackBuffer=no
ScreenWidth=1440
ScreenHeight=900
StretchMovies=no

and LEAVE IT IN THE COCKING RA2 DIRECTORY!

jesus mary and joseph in a tiny ztyping canoe!

Lol, just keep ra2md.ini in your YR directory. Your monitors not a problem, it just means you need to use a widescreen ratio.
