Listen pal, you're not going to get anywhere having people do everything for you. You need to play around with it yourself, and see what you get. But just cuz I'm nice, here's a cool unit I made that has sort of the same effect you're going for:

Don't worry, there's no list to register weapons on. Now, the last part, add this to the warheads section:

And lastly, register STRIKE on the warhead types list. You may want to play around with the strength of the weapon, and some other attributes, as this is a slightly un-balanced unit. It's just a little too powerful. Change anything you want, but remember to credit me.

Also, it's supposed to be buildlimit=1, but when you deploy it, it thinks you can build another. I'm going to write a tutorial on how to fix this soon, but until then, have fun with it.

This was part of my first mod, which, as un-balanced as it was, was very fun.

REMEMBER: Next time, try doing it yourself, and see what you can come up with. If you need a tutorial on Weapons, Warheads, and Projectiles, I'm going to write one soon.
