Whenever i try to resize for example a Cyborg Commando by 110% using XCC mixer, he gets these purple borders around his body... it's really annoying and looks stupid...

Try it for yourself.. extract CYC2.shp then use the resize option.

I've tried this with different combine/split shadows options, but the same result. I don't want to resize 700+ frames using PSP.... so I need a solution for this. I know of at least one mod that uses smaller infantry shp's (about 80% of the original size) and they look fine, aside from the obvious missing pixels you get when you downsize something.

i never use XCC to resize things

I use Jasc Robot Image and have never experienced any problems

i would guess the trail version would be from

www.jasc.com

Is JASC Robot Imager something that allows you to make the same changes (filename, resizing, etc) to multiple files?
