More Help! - How to make building specific events

so much i dont know
okay, so i'm making my own campaign (purely for fun) and on my second map you need to destroy the GDI power plants. I've set the trigger to send new instructions to the player when GDI go into low power (using the low power event) but it does'nt work!

The parameter for that is the house of this trigger (the one you define on the first tab).
Problem with that event, however, is that if autobase building is on, GDI might build additional powerplants.
What you can also do, is create an independant GDI house, to which only the power plants belong, so when the powerplants are destroyed, the entire house is destroyed and the player wins.
There are a bunch of ways to go around it, I'd use the second one, since its failure-proof QUICK_EDIT
