I've followed Deezire's tutorial and got the Meteor Storm Superweapon working. Everything is perfect, it looks very cool, but it doesn't do much damage. It destroys one unit/structure/infantry like the hunter-seeker, but the meteors themselves don't do much damage. The meteors are just debris when the invisible seeker droid explodes.
The question is:
Is it posible to improve the meteor(debris)'s damage?

Thanks, I'll test what happens if I change the damage.

Hehe, it works! Now I can make it more lethal... Thanks!

IMO, this is a stupid way to increase the damage.. i mean it's just a little piece of rock slowly flying through the air: it shouldn't do so much damage right? it's better to increase the NUMBER OF METEORS in the superweapon. I've got a method for that, but i don't want to publish it Razz

The way I do it in my EMP/Meteor is to just alter the burst value in a similar way to how the chem missile summons more than one gas cloud, the only problem is that they only affect the one tile so altering the damage of the pebble is a good way to bring in area effect unless you make the pebbles invisible and have them spawn more meteors on impact but then it could just go on forever.... wait a minute...... Twisted Evil

First of it's it's not just a little rock flying to the ground. It's full of *raises eye brows* DEADLY tiberium and it's hot + it's the size of a human. and increaseing the number of meterors will lag the game.

One of a Kind, you've just partially found my method...Crying or Very sad

and to terror, debris lags much more than just more meteor trust me.

Not a big secret, you only have to increase the number of debris couse the meteors themselves are only debris as I said before. It doesn't matter how many meteors you have, if they don't do much damage.

of course it matters, the meteor itself will at default destroy ANYTHING, and you're saying the number doesn't matter? are you thinking they all land at the same cell? No...that's not a storm right? in my method, about 5-20 meteors that do about 1500 damage points will strike at random places in a complete base. And they only spawn 3 debris per meteor, otherwise it gets too slow.
