Ion Storm Super Weapon
This is my first Tut so don't be to harsh

Problems
1: Loss of Emp Cannon
2: Save game bug
First in the rules INI
Edit or Create The emp cannon
Example
If new building add this to Building list

now adding the ion bolt image and adding the damage
you most probably forgot to add the firestorm anims (if you have FS installed), before adding new anims.
Take a look here. maybe it helps if you take this as a basis for your mod.
