So, I have a train that contains 4 empty passengers pips. It is allied with civilian, so that when i destroy a building, few civilians will come out and run to the train. What I'm trying to do is to make the civilians hop on the train.

The train itself will wait until all the cargo are full then it will depart. However, civilians do run to the waypoint, but after that it does nothing.

I tried script (Load Onto Transport) and (Enter Object) But it didn't seem to work?

Is this a multiplayer or singleplayer map?
Setting alliances between certain houses in multiplayer maps is not possible.

Which house are the civilians and which house the train?

Maybe take a look at the original TS/FS missions. A few had similar scenarios. e.g. the one where Slavik and Oxanna were captured and you had to take a cyborg commando to free them. In the beginning the cyborg had a script to enter a truck.

And I decided to make civilian to be able to be player controlled as well too, and it works when the player orders them to enter the train.

I think I did something like that for Siege City. Or at least, I tried something like that.

Oh yeah, making trains controllable in YR is a piece of cake. Though IIRC they could only move forward.

It can be done in TS as well too. It just need to be in the same house for player side.

I.e you are GDI and the house of the train is GDI, you can control the train, however, it only can go forward.
