The War Factory is not dead, just a bit harder coding RA3 than RA2. In the time it takes me to code one RA3 unit to Ingame status, I can have buckets of RA2 stuff ingame. But to tide, and hopefully get more interest in PPM's Only RA3 mod, here's a ship!

Wouldn't it make more sense as an aircraft?  In Empire scheme it'd look reasonably fitting imo.

Why don't you invest time actually to edit the model if you want it work in water? not to mention do a new texture shading work to fit it in... and guns on waterline is so off, it really was meant to fly as far design was concerned and looks dumb as it stands so edit the model to house guns on the deck or simply erase them from the bottom and put torpedo tubes.

One, I can't edit models, no 3dsmax. That's on the label of the mod. If after looking all I did in RA3 you have not noticed that...

Two, this is in the prototype step of adding a unit, there is no new texture yet. I have still yet to fiddle with the shaders text-ualy, think of a name, fiddle with weapon code and etc. You RA2/TS folk may see this as the time where the normals on your model are off and you need to tune it.

Actually, I'd see it more as the part when I made a giant aircraft, but I'm using it as a ship.

Frankly I don't recall looking your little project like before but given it is just existing models just ported over is not too interesting to me given I mostly loathe the EA models.

Main point however... the design is aircraft, just because you made it go on water doesn't make it look naval ship.

Might do nicer as airborne artillery really.

That's the C&C4 Kodiak. Not to crap on your efforts, but turning aerial artillery into a naval ship makes absolutely no sense.

Oh c'mon guys, its not like you've never seen a spaceship as a watercraft before in countless mecha animes. But I agree that this one should be an Empire aircraft. Looks weird to see all those big guns underwater...

Also, there are NO AVAILABLE SHIP MODELS that work as units outside of the two CnC3 ships. And they only fit two sides. The Soviets are getting shafted when it comes to ships.
