AFAIK, you simply can't, the logic doesn't work for both at the same time. If you want to kill infantry at the same time as a the building, you'd have to have the building have 1% or greater UC.PassThrough, 1 projectile that has a normal attack and 1 projectile that has SubjectToTrenches=no. However you want to accomplish that is up to you, Airburst, Gatling, etc.

Or just use UC.PassThrough=50% and call it a day.

I've been using UC.PassThrough=1% on all garrison enabled structures, produces the results you are after I think. Building gets damaged while infantry get killed. Depending on the warhead VS percentage, the infantry will either die first or the building will.

This is not what me need . I need damage infantry(occypant) and damage building onemoment .

As 4StarGeneral said, use an Airburst to make one weapon spawn two warheads on impact.

What, if you add an animation that does damage to the warhead?
Won't that damage the building?
