Subject description: Weird bug for an AI cloned Battle Bunker

Today I have a weird problem with an AI cloned Allied Battle Bunker. Because AI often builds lots of battle bunkers without using it, so I don't list it in AlliedBaseDefenses list. Instead I cloned two more battle bunkers for the AI, but after AI built it, they sold it immediately. The original Battle Bunker is fine. I hope the experts could help me diagnose the problem.  Here is the rules code:

TechLevel=-1 is used to tell it is civilian bunker, instead of like soviet bunker thus it acts like civilian now and it gets sold.

You have to use other way to make the clones than -1 and prevent player from having them.

Use TechLevel=11 instead of -1.

So I've used an uncapturable AI cloned building as the prerequisite of those bunkers and the problem has been solved.
@MustaphaTR: I've read in Modenc about the TechLevel and have known that
AI cannot built the building if TechLevel is above the maximum (10).

The reason for AI not using Battle Bunkers is because you haven't put any AI triggers that AI will create a team(Group of GIs, etc) then it will go inside the Battle Bunkers. Same goes also for Tank Bunker.
