As I still have a pending question on the Ares section, still gonna ask a question. So what I want to do is once the infantry go inside a building, you won't be able to make them go outside and they will remain inside until that building is destroyed. Is this possible?

AFAIK, it's only possible on vehicles. However, you might as well try it to see if it works with buildings.

Then you won't be able to unload since it's not selectable, but you can still repair/sell it
