Comments (Note: all maps were submitted to judges anonymously to avoid biased reviews, so the judges had no idea of who submitted the map):

-> Clazzy:

- 10%
- 10%.
- 18%
- 10%
- 10%
= 58%

Comments:
For being in the style of many a n00b map out there, this isn't half-bad.
Lighting is fairly good.
Map is, fr the most part, balanced.
Repetitive tree usage.

-> Wes.com:

Original concept: 16/20
Balance: 10/15
Eyecandy: 12/30
Fun factor: 9/20
Triggers: 5/15 = 52%

good layout good cliffwork (and i dont care about what it says)
way to many ionstorms, inbalance because of ionstorm AI duse not attack that
often
map looks detailed, but it looks rushed

-> TheDvD:

- (20%) Original Concept:
Weighted score: 15%
Category score: 75%
I like the very narrow secondary passageways to the other base.
- (15%) Balance:
Weighted score: 10,5%
Category score: 70%
Both bases are just as strong, in my book. Amount of tiberium is fair.
- (30%) Eyecandy:
Weighted score: 20%
Category score: 67%
The detailing of the map is realistic and good. The lighting is nice, though not spectacular. I don't like the Ion Storm lighting that much.
- (20%) Fun Factor:
Weighted score: 15%
Category score: 75%
Solid fun. The score is elevated because of the narrow passageways.
- (15%) Triggers/Scripts:
Weighted score: 3%
Category score: 20%
There is an Ion storm trigger, but it's suboptimal at best; the storm can take ages, something i really dislike.
- (100%) Total weighted score:
15+10,5+20+15+3=63,5

-> Python:

Original Concept: 16/20 - Map was nice.  Very realistic, but defentally original.
Balance: 14/15 - There was plenty of tiberium for both starting locations.  They were both roughly the same size, and were on exact opposite sides of the map.  Very balanced.
EyeCandy: 24/30 - Ground was nicely detailed.  Tiberium crystal and mold made for nice detail.  The small towns made things look nice.
Fun Factor: 10/20 - It was fun for the first little bit, an Ion Storm, cool.  After awhile it just got plain annoying.  The whole time I played the map was practally Ion Storms.  Not fun.
Triggers: 11/15 - The triggers sure worked.  The Ion Storms were the most annoying things I encountered all level.  Too long, not enough prep time before the next one.
Overall Mark: 75%

-> Carnotaurus:

Original Concept: 20/20
Ballance: 12/15
Eye Candy: 25/30
Fun Factor: 14/20
Triggers: 11/15
---------
Score: 82/100

Original Concept: Woo. long, two player map. both people are seperated by sea. three landbridges for your assaults, however. certainly unique toward the center
Balance: Balance is OK,except the veinhole at the borrom, a little too close to the left player, Tiberium amounts are nice. Just dont blow your spending money on junk.
Eyecandy: Well, the minimap should show you the centerpeice itself. besides that, you have a nice city at each base to oogle.(And destroy)
Fun Factor: Pretty fun to play. Repel ALL borders, though, or you will be in for a hell of a ride.
Triggers: Random ion storms... That's it.

It would be a good map without the ion storms, which made it impossible to even play a game.

Have u ever tried to make a map,huh??? Triggers aren't so simple;

i've tried many times to add moving cars or trucks etc.  but when i've tried them ingame, it lags and the cars/trucks don't move Confused

Why-I love narrow entrances-those are the best to defend or the most fun to attack.

So do I, and n my next map (I've been a litle busy with other things now so I haven't done much for it) there will be a narrow (and secret) way to each others base. AI probably won't use it but u can be tactical and make a Sneak Attack Twisted Evil

Laughing
