How to Set a TIMER*

i got Storms in my map now finally and they strike accurately as i changed ion storms rules its fun, but how do i set the Timer before hand soon when game Starts a CLOCK APPEARS, like some maps Have

God... stop spamming. post twenty times won't help you get responce faster.
Do the following... 2 triggers:

1. condition: any event
event: timer set (specify number on the timer)
timer start.

2. Condition: timer expired
event: start ion storm (or something like it).
