Scale seems a little off vs the cars on the right, but it definitely matches the light posts, the street and that... APC?

Dumpers are generally barely 2x as tall as a car and less than twice as long, so I'd say the scale is pretty damn close.

No you'd have to make an alt for that... the plow and arms are separate sections and easily customized without screwing up the truck.

I would guess the easiest thing to do for the unloading version is copy the body, then delete the bin or truck part, then hva rotate.

The only challenge I see is the arms for the cover roll would have to be redrawn on the tilted bin at the new angle, or just deleted altogether...
