I was previously using Psychic Beacon artwork for it later i decided to make a new one. Here it is. PSD file is included too. It is a bit small and may be used in TS as 2x2 but may require moving or resizing canvas. Not fills RA2 2x2 tiles truely.

This looks like a rebel radio station/outpost...

There's also nothing "techy" about it.

On a side note: you need to practice making damage frames, what you are doing is making it look dirty; break up the roof, make craters in the walls and ground, place debris around etc.
