"Russell Square" is kind of like it, the K is off though.

found a website (Similar font as Russell Square) which lets me search similar fonts and with your suggested name, i was able to find one even more similar.

VMR comes a bit closer in terms of the 3

unfortunately it has these nibbled off corners on the letters (especially the K).

Baucher Gothic Bold seems to be close

The letters have the slightly square shape, yet round corners. The 3 only a short middle line.

Made a superres-ish(http://photoncollective.com/enhance-practical-superresolution-in-adobe-photoshop) pic from two frames of the fmv and i d a quick reconstruction from it.
Closest i can find on a quick search is
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/pizzadude/flim/
Do note Westwood did make their own fonts occasionally, tho in this case me and Hyper have seen it before just can't find it.
The 3 and K are have the most distinct features.

if anything fails, i think i could also take your black&white image and create a quick vector graphic of it and then use the vector graphic in 3ds max.
Though the other found fonts are so similar, i guess they would work well too.
