There are some quite few voxels that I've downloaded that I want to change their color schemes, particularly the Soviet voxels. Some of Soviet voxels' color schemes that I've downloaded are color dark green or I could say their color schemes are almost identical to Yuri's vehicles. I want to make their color schemes look really like from the Soviets(Color gray). I'm not really good at doing any sorts from Voxel Section Editor so I hope someone could teach me the way that I can understand.

VXLSE has a some recolouring scripts which you can find under Scripts > Colour Schemes, but these only work with preset colours. There is also a colour replace tool under Tools > Colours And Normals > Replace Colours, use this to change specific colours from one to another. Lastly you can use the Flood Fill tool (the paint pot icon to the left) to manually recolour the vxl.

I know those but is there something like, adjusting the brightness/contrast and hue/saturation of the whole voxel color?

I tried that replacing colors but it seems it doesn't have "normal" Soviet color.

The 'normal' soviet color is a combination of color #73 (just below the middle of the 'soviet' gradient), and good voxel normal.

Do a color replacement where the 'main' color of your voxel is #73, with texture and detailing in other colors.

Voxel Texture Tool (red car icon) -> export texture -> paste it in shp builder
In SB: Tools -> effects -> arithmetics -> logarithm lighting -> repeat until you like it
back to VE: import texture...
