As the title said, my AI seldom to use MinorSuperweapon AI's (Chronosphere and Iron Curtain). How could this be?

Their use is tied to specific AI script actions. AI will only use those in circumstances where a script attached to an existing team allows it.

I did do AIs for those MinorSupers, with the correct script. The AI was working, but I don't know now why it wasn't working anymore. I increased the weight and it still won't show. Is there any MinorSuper AI codes behavior in rules?

In my mod I have only Nuke/Weather disabled from shell and I can guarantee you the AI uses the Chrono/Iron regularly...

In a medium length game against 4 AI, the minor-supers are are already pretty rough to deal with, and then there's the parabombs Smile

Whatever the problem is, it is your ini....

Vanilla values for RechargeTime and AIMinorSuperReadyPercent should work fine.
Check AI file again for the teams with script action 55, 56, 57. It would depend on the
frequency of those teams produced.

It would be easy to look at the INI files instead of guessing.

If I increase the weight into heavier, does that makes AI's chance to use that Trigger is more than lighter weight?
