Announcement: Tiberian Sun: Total War (Screenies!)
Well i thought the Main Forum would be the right place to announce my new TS mod, TS: Total War. Right now the only things i can show you are some screens... but I can guarantee you they give only a slight impression of the mod itself, as it's HUGE. In the next days i'll likely update this post as soon as i've taken some more cool screenies...
Some features of this mod:
-Restores several features that were cut from the game
-Adds over 50 new units and over 20 new buildings
-Better balancing that in original TS (Firestorm)
-4 different sides: GDI, Nod, CABAL, and Mutants
-Enhanced realism and special FX
-Brand new veteran system ; now you'll want to keep your units alive to get them promoted.
-Comes with several cool looking and fast playing multi maps.
-Now if only I could get the save game feature working!

oh gawd, take took a while to load, but well worth it, I've got only few comments, hmm, you might want to resize those oversized RA2 SHPs infantry to TS size....***looking at Rocketeer*** QUICK_EDIT
nice maps (u make them or are they converted RA2 or mission maps)
either way i like them and im jelous
secondly nice use of lighting in the maps, i like that
thirdly
dont make buildings emit lighting unless ur in a mission
otherwise cloaked bases are just pointless as there so easy to spot ( I tested with this in retro a long time back, trust me on Mplay its really dumb)
four(thly)
cameos look a little sketchy, but i know its early days yet
wt does the Ore Processing Refiner thingy do from RA2 ? _________________ QUICK_EDIT
See I only use lap posts both teams get a different lap post red for nod and blue for GDI so if you cloak just turn the posts off. _________________

It's not a lightning storm... it's a weapon lauched by the plane that's flying above the base.

-well, at the moment i've got a very goodlooking cameo for almost everything You mean by scetchy, they don't fit with eachother orso? Because the individual cameos looks better IMO that the ones on your side (but i thing they're outdated, aren't they ?) QUICK_EDIT
Holy crap! I underestimated you, thedvd! This mod is looking AWESOME! Where'd you get the lightning images? From RA2? (TS's are hard-coded like the railgun and laser...)

Yeah the lightning is from RA2. BTW i once did a vulcano superweapon.... I will try to get it working again and i'll post some pics

I sincerly hope you dont mean what i think you mean. If, however, you do, then shut up, nobody cares if its copied and pasted from somewhere else. Some of the best stuff in the community has been copied and pasted from somewhere so dont give me or anyone else that crap about copyright, if WW or EA or EAP cared if we used there images for things they would have stepped in by now. Obviously since they haven't they dont mind (at least within the cnc community). I will say it once again in case ou missed it the first time, i have yet to see anything of yours that anyone would want to copy let alone copyright so grow up.
