More of the same.

The Max (9) & 3DS files include a build up, pristine, wreck & finally the model pieces that went into a destruction object creation list (these files do not contain texture files, you must download the separate _Art .zip file).

The basic complied Textures, include textures for a grey or gold painted version.

For those who do not like messing around with source files, get the C&C3-ready version.

Credit me for any public usage!

The final texture had different colouring (it had to be adjusted to fit C&C3), but you get a basic idea.

Very nice work.
You should really do a small tutorial about how you create these nice fitting textures.
Do you draw them yourself after you unwrapped the model for texturing? Do you have a set of doodads, icons, signs and other stuff which you mix into the textures?

Thanks!

Yes I draw the textures after unwrapping the model, and I have indeed collected a small number of decals etc to use.

Has for a tutorial, being able to put one together, never mind being able to effectively impart knowledge, is a skill within itself.

It's nice to see someone who knows how to properly UV Wrap their models. Perhaps instead of the texture tutorial which would just be you giving examples of drawing in Photoshop (or any other image editing software), you could just go through your process of Wrapping. That is after all, what makes your textures look so crisp on your meshes.
