For something I'm working on I needed to make a few small changes to Ares, and thought it would be faster to change the code myself than ask the devs, but on ModEnc it says I need an application called 'aresbuilder' to compile the program. Is this available anywhere? When I try to connect to svn://www.renegadeprojects.com/aresbuilder with TortoiseSVN it says connection refused.
