I tried to set PrismForwarding.MyHeight & AlternateFLH0~2 to a different value but the support weapon always fires and receives at PrimaryFireFLH.
PrismForwarding.DamageAdd is not working either, if I set PrismForwarding.SupportModifier=0% then there is no damage bonus at all.

Okay DiskLaser nullifies damage bonus. Why would it?
Even I remove DiskLaser, PrismForwarding.DamageAdd still has weird behavior, when the tower attacks by itself without any supporting, it still gets 1x damage bonus from PrismForwarding.DamageAdd. Either this behavior or this sheet http://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/_downloads/PrismForwarding.xls is not correct.

With the unstable version of ARES you linked I see nothing wrong with how the damage works with the prism tower support when testing (what however is wrong is the row in the sheet for no support towers because the sheet does not add PrismForwarding.DamageAdd= to it while the game does Rolling Eyes and that causes all following rows under it to be wrong)

In "Prism weapon damage" you need to type in the damage of the weapon the prism forwarding base defence uses and in your case it is WeatherTowerWeapon with damage of 120. Then you have PrismForwarding.SupportModifier= that should be at 0% in your sheet and finally there is the PrismForwarding.DamageAdd= that you put as 180.

This will result in one lonely tower causing 300 damage (before warhead verses) and 2 towers causing 480 damage and 3 towers 560 (+180 for each tower as you put that on DamageAdd=)

I can confirm that PrismForwarding.MyHeight= does not seem to be respected, neither does PrismSupportHeight= in [General] section (even in YR 1.001 without ARES). Also AlternateFLH0= and AlternateFLH1= does not seem to be respected either while ARES documentation says otherwise Rolling Eyes.

Also DiskLaser= is known to mess up things (not just prism forwarding logic). Hell it even does not display animation on when it hits the ground on your weapon/warhead.
