In short, this is a modification of goxel that can load and save vxl voxels.
This took me around three days just for the writing part.

Known Issues:
- There is no way to set normals and they are written as 0.
- You can't import palettes yet (just import vxl file with a palette in-built).
- The colour chooser does not work. (basically it thinks it is RGBA when it is locked to palette)
- IT WILL CRASH IF YOU TRY TO IMPORT OR EXPORT CERTAIN FORMATS, ONLY USE VXL OR MAGICA VOXEL FORMATS FOR NOW
