Can voxel able use custom palette?

If yes, Palette= work right?

Voxels cannot use custom palettes. They also need the voxels.vpl file for lighting, which cannot handle more than one palette.

Voxels cant use custom palettes, it only works on shp based graphics.

Even if you could use a custom pal on a voxel it wouldn't work as voxels also use a file call voxel.vpl to control the lighting/normals. The VPL file is set up to work specifically with the unittem.pal, so any new pal would also require a new voxel.vpl, which is no easy task.

Well, so the voxel only work with unittem.pal (default), unitsno.pal (arctic), unitubn.pal (city), unitdes.pal (desert), unitlun.pal (space), unitnbn.pal (new urban) right? And what can use for editing .vpl file
