With the War continuing on the other Soviet Nations eventually had to downgrade their equipment due to budget restraints in certain areas. Among the effects was the return of the Shock Troopers from the previous War. Now rechristened as Tesla Troopers and their more modern comrades as Tesla Elites. The Tesla Trooper lacks the armored suit the Elites wear making them more vulnerable to enemy attacks however the reduced weight does offer them better movement speed and handling of their weapons.
