reading properly an SHP file

I have found an shp format in this link https://cnc.fandom.com/wiki/Red_Alert_File_Formats_Guide, however it seems that this format works for Red Alert 1; does anybody knows if it should work also for RA2 shps? or if anyone knows the right format i will be extremely grateful.

I don't think that link really explains the SHP file format from Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert 1. Nonetheless, the SHP file format from Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 is considerably different.
