XCC sound editor - drag and drop not working

Drag and drop not working most of the time for XCC sound editor on Windows 10.

It never worked if launched in admin mode, then it worked in user-mode, then it won't work in user mode either.

This really needs an insert button.

This time it proved to be a sound format conversion problem (sounds were not actually in proper format), not a windows explorer bug as usual.

Anyway, an insert button remains a welcomed possible improvement and the Editor should return an error when something is wrong.
