I have no idea what's going on with this, but the voxel/hva itself seems to be the source of the IE (replacing it with the destroyer causes it not to crash). I'm out of ideas, and just hoping on of y'all can figure it out.

I couldn't find any problems with the voxel file, perhaps it's the code.

Its not the voxel, check that your not missing the HVA or the file has become corrupt in the mix file etc.
