SHP's need to be in isotem format, not unittem.
And lighting is purely based on the atmosphere and mood you want set for your map. _________________ "Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't want to live there." -Adam Young QUICK_EDIT

yeah. That's what he's having trouble with, the civilian stuff it's looking like. _________________ "Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't want to live there." -Adam Young QUICK_EDIT
I think this terrain is the best terrain I've ever seen. It looks very realistic, and the trees too! The civillian building needs a different shape.. almost every building is a square or retangle today. Cheers! QUICK_EDIT
Your terrain looks better than Westwood's, will you redo the tiberium too?^^

Mind if I pass out from massive astonishment? _________________ I just registered for posting in the TO Forums and to prove its awesome-ness! QUICK_EDIT
Yes,but it has a lack of detail,I'm thinking right now how to make it more detailed ingame. _________________ Lost Relic[mod] Lost Relic[game] QUICK_EDIT

This stuff feels like it needs a nice tall sturdy wall around it to last long near all that arid-ness. _________________

It's okay for a first attempt. The corners would need the most work I think, as when right next to each other there's too much of a roundness to it. I'd say break up the line a bit more like how with the real stuff there's a few lonely grass blades creating a boundary.
Also those sidewalks could go with some yellow patches, drains and such. Some garbage cans and planters would look spot on as well. _________________

Criticism accepted. "Drains and such" will be made later.

needs variation of houses.
also need to make them a bit more abandoned-looking. even around a blue zone, things wouldn't be all pristine. when they live IN a blue zone, space is everything so they build up, not out like this.
Love the work, but make it a bit more.. Tiberium-ish. _________________ "Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't want to live there." -Adam Young QUICK_EDIT
