rating system

well... unfortunatelly, I dont know any mod that allows sites to be rated, so the only way we could do that are in topics (and I would update the description periodically with the rating).

- I can only do that manually, since no mod covers that as far as I know. And... I prefer to keep the alphabetic order in the moment.

yeah, the pink is ugly, but that is the backround color I got when I extracted the files... I've tryed to remove it, but there is still like an outline... I plan on making a new avatar when I get the chance but for now this is what I'm stuck with.
