HOW the F#$k do you get rid of it through the inis?

I tried Gamedataini and made changed UseCloudMap= No and UseCloudPlane=No but nothing changed... They back to defoult now.

So where and how could get rid of these peski cloud shadows?

I guess you have to change the texture to completely blank or 100% alpha. I doubt you can do this trough inis...
