Tiberium is still a mystery to science and even four years after the second tiberium war. Human body reacts different to tiberium... some die, some others mutates slowly and there are some people who become monsters... Global Defense Initiative still doesnt take enough attitude to eliminate tiberium from the world as it generates an important revenue to keep the organization alive and feed its army. Brotherhood of Nod, under Kane's control, had as objective, the procriation of tiberium in order to mutate the whole population into a superior race, ideology not very well supported by the current leader, Slavick. And tiberium continues to spread and infect the air more and more... many of the regions requires oxigen masks to walk in the streets, water is only produced in the north and south pole, since tiberium spread slowly at these regions and most of water there is still not infected. Water industry in the poles sells them to everywhere and gains a lot of cash... rumours says they also help to fund the Global Defense Initiative. 4 years of peace, even with the growth of tiberium, helped for the development of certain regions, re-appearance of industry and a whole market ruled by tiberium.

I'd love to make one for you guys, but I dunno if I can... I'm rather busy, but If I have the time, I'll play around finalsun and make a singleplayer mission. then we can edit it to our likings so that it includes new "stuff"

It's all nice but I'd like to make a comment about the Tiberian Defense League:

Serbia and Montenegro are in the Eastern Europe (the Balkans). And what's with this Yugoslavia vs. Serbia vs. Montenegro thing? I understand "Serbia vs. Montenegro", but Yugoslavia was a state that existed until 1990 and was comprised of several nations, Serbia and Montenegro included.

well.. it's just used as reference for the location of the original TDL tribe... since in PPM:Final Dawn, all the current countries were pratically vanished and only some cities survives....
