Here's the first of the few houses I said I'd make. Expect the next one next week.

This first one is a model of my own house, so please don't let war ravage it too much or place it too close to veins/tiberium.

BTW, my first attempt at damaged structure (although we won't need that since it'll neer be damaged, right?).

tad different than anything else in TS...
Might fit for an uncontaminated settlement?

My stupid zip disk crashed, I can't get access to my 3D app until Saturday so don't expect the next structure this week.

Nah, its these college comps. They're reset daily, and they're the only comps I have access to on weekdays, so I use an abused 250 zip disk to contain my 3D app installer, all my projects, some downloads, some class work, and a few other things. Zip disks aren't very reliable and they expire.

On weekdays, I'm 65 miles from my home PC. That's why I have no access to my lost data until Saturday (maybe friday, but that doesn't matter as I do 3D stuff almost exclusively at college PCs).

I'm very seriously considering getting one of these next week:

The one I'm interested in has 256mb. I'd prefer 512, but that's definitely too expensive. With conservation 256mb is just fine.

Ok, second time someone says that. Could anyone describe exactly what is flawed?

I agree with this

looked at the other TS buildings and also the buildings in the concept art (Chuck Carters)

Then i think you should work upon them

This looks like something out of blitzkrieg (the WW2 strategy game)

It's definitely official, that was one of the first screenshots to appear in magazines in TS previews.

When I said "Fake" I meant "Edited" SMIFF, sorry. haha. Plus that wasn't the point i was trying to make. I just searched on google for a screen shot with these buildings on it and this was the best/first find.

Aweomse house models! I think they will fit better into ts given you make the texture more rough; dosnt need remodelling just needs rextexturing,.

Terror the building is excellent but it's viewed too much from the top. (This you can also see by looking at the shadow) remember the shadow should be about 60 degrees angle.
