What is here high tech exactly compared to T1? He made mech tengu, not flying version, so it is just mechanized walker. If you compare it with flak track, then it is advanced. If compared with Gattling Tank, then it is advanced just because it walks. Weapon is similar. But not advanced compared to IFV as it can switch and adapt to weapons inside.

I do not watch anime, so yeah, can be true. I was using TS logic where weaponry is considered mostly, as GDI uses meches in all T1, and still NOD is considered technologically advanced. But anime beats all logic haha
