GDI's Power Plant design has been appropriated by The Forgotten, who now use it to power up their bases. While cheap to construct, it does not provide a lot of power. It can however be outfitted with additional turbines in order to increase it's power output.

Notes:
-Can be upgraded to boost it's power production threefold (requires Communications Array)
-Infiltrate to shutdown enemy's base power for 90secs
