Ares works with Windows 10?

Hello there! I used ares for a while, but recently I changed PC with Windows 10, and Ares does not work anymore... Is there a way to make it usable with Windows 10? Confused

As I remember it works in Win10. May be your anti-virus is preventing it or admin permission may be needed.

Well I made the changes, but does not run, even has administrator...

Are you sure it's just Ares and not RA2 entirely? RA2/YR need a directx fix for W10 most of the time, though I don't have a link to one offhand.

Hey... So I did what you wrote down but Ares still doesn't work, starts but closes straight away...

all my friend play file .exe in win 10, it's work. But they can't play ares in win10. how to fix it

Make sure gamemd.exe and syringe.exe has same compatibility settings and privilege.
From your description it looks more like it's shut down by your antivirus.
