does CnCR depends on OpenGL or something ?
i have missing controls in Options, and missing HUD in game

using Win7 x64

Your either using a graphics card that does not meet the minium specifications or your are using a intergrated Intel GPU?

i use Radeon HD 4870

i'd agree if nothing would work graphically
but HUD is layer of 2D object no ?

The Radeon HD 4870 does not support DirectX 11. So you would need to upgrade your GPU.

The issue is DirectX related.

The GlyphX engine is built which DirectX11 as a target. This has nothing to do with 2D graphics.

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing issues with the C&C Remastered Collection, but your graphics card is under the required minimum specifications.
