How do I go about doing this ?

I want my map to have the sound of an eerie wind playing and at the same time when a player goes to certain parts of the map, those areas have their own sounds but you will still hear the wind playing so the area sounds do not cutoff the map's main sound.

Use map triggers attached to celltags.

Most of these types of questions can be answered by editing the mission maps in FA2... start there.
