Subject description: Works in RA2YR, but not Ares 3.0

In a map, I have code for the trains. They allow to load infantry & vehicles in YR, but once I re-run with Ares 3.0, InfantryTypes can't enter any more.

LOCOMOTIVE and TRAINCAR should be able to carry infantry passengers, CARGOCAR both infantry and vehicles (and a crate that drops when destroyed). Again, this works in YR (haven't tested OpenToped yet), but breaks in Ares 3.0
Sorry the order is messy; blame E1 Elite's FA2 1.02 patch.
EDIT: the trigger seems to be IsTrain=yes

Why blame FA2 patch for what FA2 does. Patch doesn't re-order flags.
