They look good, but the colors on the Nod one don't fit it well..

Add an arm-thingy to the Nod Repair Pad, like the one used on the Mobile Repair Vehicle. This way it maintains continuity. Otherwise, all of these additions are great.

You haven't seen the concept art for it, have you?

@TSHyper
Could be that the GDI one I only modified off the existing TSR one, which is modified off the original TS one, whereas the nod one was made from scratch. I will try and fix the colours as suggested by Tyler, and this is only a clean version. There will be versions with snow and sand to make it fit in better.

@Tyler
Thanks, and see TumSun reply Wink

@ Dedman
The concept for the repairbay is that the repair arms come out from the ground, from the 2 round hatches at the top. They won't be shown in the idle form, but will appear in the active version. If you see the current TSR GDI Repairbay, you'll see what I mean.

As I said at TumSun.com..

Muldrake wrote:
How do you mean, Tyler?The greys are the same as those of the GDI-repair bay, so the greys I know are right.

The allied colors look bad. I'd suggest... maybe a shade of gray, maybe..

Tyler, yep, check TumSun, They are grey, not allied colours.

And you really don't need to post twice, I can read both forums, choose one at a time, please.

One warning about multiple repair pads is the AI will break and you will not be able to sell units with the Nod repair pad. The game is hardcoded to allow selling units for GADEPT only.

Ive never experienced the AI selling units on the Repair bay anyway (however i could be wrong)

and about the Repairbay=GADEPT

it should be possible to simply have Repairbay=GADEPT, NADEPT

That simply tells AI what should be trates as Repair pads. The AI can use the extra pad, but it can get "stuck". This is why AI doesn't build them in RA2.

Ive noticed a bug in Vanilla TS, where the AI somehow manages to put multiple units on the repair pad

Here's something I've worked a lot on for TSR... Beta cliffs. They've been recolored from regular rock cliffs to a more sandy look. Every single one has been remade, we're talking over a hundred here.

They're much nicer and better than TS's.

I think Gecko should post a screenie without ambient lighting, for the best comparison possible.
